Card Loss Reporting

 ◆ The readers are required to report loss in the Card Centers as well as in the library personal account (log in "My Library" → " Report Loss"). If the loss is not reported in time, the losses shall be borne by the readers.

 ◆ After reporting loss online successfully, the reader should go to the "Reader Service Desk" on floor 1 to open the borrowing function for the new card.

  If the original card is found after loss reporting, readers can cancel it at the "Reader Service Desk" with valid identification and the Campus ID Card.
