◆ The readers are required to report loss in the Card Centers as well as in the library personal account (log in "My Library" → " Report Loss"). If the loss is not reported in time, the losses shall be borne by the readers.
◆ After reporting loss online successfully, the reader should go to the "Reader Service Desk" on floor 1 to open the borrowing function for the new card.
◆ If the original card is found after loss reporting, readers can cancel it at the "Reader Service Desk" with valid identification and the Campus ID Card.
