Seminar Room

There are 13 seminar rooms on the second floor and third floor of Zhongguancun Campus Library.

Rules:

◆ Open Hours: Monday to Sunday  9:00-21:00

◆ Purpose: to provide independent space for academic exchange and discussion.

◆ Content: group discussion with voices instead of private study rooms

◆ Application requirement: no less than 3 people

◆ Usage time: each group can use it for no more than two hours

Notice:

◆ The seminar room is used for co-learning and research. Activities that are not aimed at learning are not allowed.

◆  Please take good care of your personal belongings and take valuables with you. The loss of your belongings will be at your own responsibility.

◆  During the borrowing period, the library staff have the right to supervise and manage the seminar room.

◆ Please maintain all the facilities and sanitation in the room consciously and take your personal items and rubbish away when you leave the room.

◆ The borrowing right of those who fail to use the room according to the regulations or those who have a private key will be cancelled in the year once they are discovered. The borrowing right of those who are against the rules more than two times will be suspended for one month.

How to use:

◆ After the arrival of all the users, you can register at the "Reader Service Desk" in the lobby of the library on the first floor and collect   the key. Remember to bring everyone’s campus ID card for pledge and return the key first after you open the door.

◆ After using the room, please take all the personal items and garbage away, turn off the lights, lock the door and come to the "Reader Service Desk" to reclaim your cards.
